Trail/Park Description:
Mitchell Canyon is one of our favorite hikes in Mt. Diablo State Park. Not only does it have varied landscape, is colorful, has quite a few flowers, is somewhat shaded, has some decent views, but mostly... it's reasonably level (for those tired legs). And on this spring day the trail was fully clothed in it's finest greenery.

See our
Park page for more information.
