Trail Description:
The morning started cold and windy in the shady parking lot that had
everyone scampering to put on all the clothes they brought. Two hours
later the wind had subsided and the warm sun saw us stripped down to light
shirts. Not only was the temperature spring like, but the Marsh trail was lush with
green grasses, colorful Wild Radish and Geraniums.
The shady picnic area made for a perfect lunch before heading out again for
a short walk to the grinding rock with good views of the marsh and
surrounding areas.
